Unfortunately, you won’t find even a word about the discounts at this website. As for me, the prices are very expensive. I think, that this resume writing company doesn’t think about their customers because they are trying to rob them!

Quality of paper and Support

Support Team is absent here. You won’t find anyone to help you or guide you through the website. They offer support by phone. On the main page it is stated that when you call SITE (215-840-9032215-840-9032), you get Jack Mulcahy, live and in person. The only time you will encounter voice mail is when Jack is with another client, either on the phone or in a meeting. You will get a response to your message as soon as possible. When you order a resume from SITE, you deal with Jack personally, one-on-one. In no case are you referred to some resume writer you’ve never heard of, who may or may not have the experience and training necessary to provide you with a quality resume.
But all mentioned above is just promises. When I tried to reach Jack by phone, I was met by voice mail. It was impossible to talk to someone from this company!
As for the quality of my paper, it was just OK. There was nothing special in it. If I were an employer, I would never hire myself with such kind of resume.
